Build your quote
Pick items from the price list, set quantities, and see the total as you go. Send it, or print an estimate for whoever signs off.
We send a proof
Send your logo in any format — no setup fee, ever, and we keep it on file for reorders. Names come as one spreadsheet column. Nothing is engraved until you approve the proof.
Approve & deposit
A 50% deposit confirms your production slot. Materials are ordered in for your job, and your order is ready about two weeks from confirmation.
Hand delivered
Free delivery to Espanola, Greater Sudbury, Elliot Lake, Manitoulin and along Highway 17 between them. Balance due on delivery.

Is there a minimum order?
Staff-wide gifts (Tier 1) start at 25 per item, and leatherette patches at 25. Plaques, nameplates, boards, awards and signs have no minimum. Need fewer than 25 of a gift item? Say so in your quote notes — smaller runs are possible at a higher per-piece price.
Are there setup or design fees?
No setup fee, ever. Your logo is prepared once and kept on file, so every reorder after that — any product, any year — carries no setup charge.
Can every piece have a different name on it?
Yes, at no extra charge — engraved, not printed. Send us one spreadsheet column, spelled exactly as it should appear. (Individual names on tumblers are +$2 per unit.) Metal business cards each carry that person's own contact details, included.
What file do you need for our logo?
Anything you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal, but a PNG, a JPG, or even a photo of your business card works — we rebuild it clean for the laser.
Do we see it before you make it?
Always. Every order gets a digital proof, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from confirmation. Rush is available — quoted on request.
How do we pay?
50% deposit confirms your production slot, balance on delivery. Prices are in CAD, HST extra.
Can you work with our purchase order or approval process?
Yes. Send your PO number with your quote. If your budget needs sign-off, use Print / Save as PDF on your quote page — it produces a dated estimate with HST broken out that you can forward.
Do you deliver?
Delivered by hand — free to Espanola, Greater Sudbury, Elliot Lake, Manitoulin Island and points along Highway 17 between them. Outside that area, quoted with your order.
How long are these prices good for?
Order in 2026 and these prices are your prices for all of 2027.
What if what we want isn't listed?
Ask. Signage, honour boards, extra drinkware, retirement pieces and one-off commissions are quoted per job. Tell us what you need.
